Sponsorship Levels
Two of our most visible volunteer-based programs are Meals on Wheels, with over 600 meals delivered each day by dedicated local volunteers, and Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone (SHINE) which provides more than 5,700 individual health insurance counseling appointments per year.
These volunteers are neighbors, friends, and often family members—individuals who show up each day to deliver meals and provide connection, offer unbiased information to help older adults make informed decisions, and support some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
This spring, we are hosting our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, and we are inviting businesses and community members to take part in a meaningful way:
💜 $250 – Sponsor a Table of 10 Volunteers
By sponsoring a table, you will:
• Treat 10 volunteers to a special evening in their honor
• Be recognized as a community supporter in our event materials
• Show your appreciation for individuals who care for others every single day
• Help sustain the many important programs and services HESSCO provides
💜 $25 – Sponsor an Individual Volunteer
• Be recognized as a community supporter in our event materials (optional)
• Show your appreciation for individuals who care for others every single day
• Help support the ongoing work of HESSCO
These volunteers give their time quietly and consistently, often forming meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve. This dinner is our opportunity to celebrate them—and your support helps make that possible.
Why This Matters
When you sponsor a table or individual, you are directly supporting the people who:
• Deliver meals to older adults
• Help reduce isolation and promote safety and well-being
• Help older adults navigate the complex landscape of health insurance coverage options

If sponsorship is not the right fit, we also welcome:
